Our Story

At Noumms, we have crafted the technique for removing UM. Anabel Curphey (anabelcurphey.com) has had an international career in public speaking.

In 2025, she created a technique to remove the need for the speaker to um and ahh through a speech.

Anabel Curphey Bio

The Noumms technique was created by Anabel Curphey. Anabel has degrees from RMIT University (BA Honours) and the University of Melbourne (EMA). She travelled the world leading tours for Intrepid Travel, taught English in three countries and enjoyed a public speaking role at the Parliament of Victoria for five years.

Anabel has self-published three eBooks. "Intrepid Curphey", is available on amazon.com. She is passionate about public speaking without the Ums, Ahhs & Urs. Communication is everything. Join me for the journey!
